Experience a focused, coached small-group workout in a supportive, private studio environment.
This session is open to everyone—whether you are an existing LiV client looking to complement your weekly routine, or someone looking for a coached, structured weekend workout with expert, hands-on coaching in a smaller studio setting.
Held Saturday mornings from 9:00–9:45am, class sizes are strictly capped at 3 to 7 participants. This intentionally small ratio ensures every individual receives personalized attention, guidance, and appropriate exercise modifications.
Each Saturday session is designed around the group attending that day. Workouts may include strength training, conditioning, mobility work, circuits, and functional movements using equipment such as dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, and battle ropes.

Movements are adjusted to suit each participant’s fitness level, experience, and needs.
For personal training clients attending two or more sessions per week, Saturday Small Group Training may be included as part of their training package.
Saturday Small Group Training may be available to non-personal-training clients when space allows.
Single Session: $15
Monthly Saturday Access: $40/month
