A focused, coached small group workout designed to complement your personal training at LiV.
Held Saturday mornings from 9:00–9:45am, this session provides clients with an additional opportunity to engage in fitness classes within a supportive, private studio environment, featuring expert coaching and smart programming.
Class sizes are intentionally small, typically between 3 and 7 participants, ensuring that each individual receives the necessary attention, guidance, and appropriate exercise modifications.
What to Expect
Each Saturday session is tailored around the group attending that day. Workouts may incorporate strength training, conditioning, mobility work, circuits, and functional movements utilizing equipment such as dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, battle ropes, and more.
Every class includes:
- A structured warm-up
- 2–3 main strength or conditioning blocks
- Coaching and movement adjustments throughout
- Modifications based on fitness level and experience
- A proper cooldown and stretch
The goal is not to overwhelm you but to help you move well, train with purpose, and leave feeling stronger, more capable, and well-coached.

Client Package Inclusion
For personal training clients attending two or more sessions per week, Saturday Small Group Training may be included as part of their training package. Non-client drop-in options may be available when space allows.

Saturday Small Group Training may be available to non-personal-training clients when space allows. This small group workout is a great way to experience fitness classes in a supportive environment.
Single Session: $15
Monthly Saturday Access: $40/month
