'The Saturday Morning WORKOUT'
is very simply that.
This is a small group class included FREE for all of our personal training clients who attend two or more PT sessions per week.
The typical class size is between 3 and 7 people.
Perfect for our space and allows our certified personal trainers to give you the attention you deserve.
We do ask that you sign up (call in or text us) so we know numbers and can design a suitable workout each week. We explore the use of barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, battle ropes and more... MUCH MUCH more...
