'The Saturday Morning WORKOUT'
is very simply that. This is a small group class. Typically between 3 and 7 people. Perfect for our space and allows our trainers to give you the attention you deserve.
We do ask that you sign up (call in or txt us) so we know numbers and can design a suitable workout each week. We explore the use of barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, battle ropes and more.... MUCH MUCH more....
