A few Good o’l Body Building Fixes for Triceps Development

For those of us that were not blessed with perfectly symmetrical triceps I have a few tidbits that may enlighten your day… or your training.

If you lack size, depth and thickness by the elbow focus your training more on the medial head… work more with close grip bench press and the ever manly db kickback

If the lateral head of your tricep is lacking… use close grip bench press, cable press downs and yes once again the db kickback

If you are trying to achieve that “hang”…. really beefy tricep look.. pre-stretch the tricep (long head) and use movements such as unilateral overhead tricep extension, pullovers and dips.
