We believe in training the mind and the body and can deliver all of this to you through online workout and nutrition programs. Privacy is very important, and you want to maximize the time you have available to train, our trainers work with you in the privacy of your own home.
You don’t need a home gym or a huge amount of space. A small room or garden and a monitor is all that is needed.

Online nutrition coaching is ideal for anyone seeking a healthy nutrition diet plan for weight loss, health and illness improvement, fitness or sports performance improvements. Our personal holistic nutritional coaching service includes an initial nutrition assessment, custom nutritional strategy, ongoing follow-ups for the duration of your time working with your online nutrition coach, periodic adjustment of the nutrition strategy, tracking your progress, unlimited messaging, and constant support from Shirley, your online nutrition coach. She has helped hundreds of people lose their unwanted extra pounds and inches, and reach their health and fitness goals. You can too! You just need a little help and guidance.

- Initial nutrition assessment and consultation— taking the time to learn about you so a plan can be created just for you (45-60 minutes)
- Custom nutrition strategy—a plan customized to you is the best way to help you reach your goals
- Plan revisions—bi-weekly revisions to your program, based on your progress (30 minutes)
- Ongoing follow-ups—after your initial month working with us, ongoing monthly follow-ups are offered for the duration of your time working with us to help you keep on track (30 minutes)

What to expect from the online nutrition program
After you purchase the program, you will receive an email confirming payment. Shortly after you will receive via email, new client intake documents for you to fill out and return.
Once reviewed, we will set up an appointment via FB messenger or Skype to complete your initial online nutritional consultation. During this session, we will review information provided in your intake documents to discuss your goals, and discuss why you have been unable to achieve your goals in the past. The exact topics covered vary based on your health history, goals and needs. This session ends with you being provided initial steps to complete on your own before our next conversation. Steps which begin the process of you reaching your goals.
Dependent on the nature of your goals, you will complete steps that allow us to create your healthy nutrition plan. This will include nutritional tracking for the past 2 weeks, re-measuring and assessing of results this far, and providing information about food preferences.
At this point, the process is entirely customized to the client. This means all follow-ups, messages, and interactions will address the unique issues you individually require. No two people are the same, nor are their goals, barriers, and other situational factors. For this reason we cannot state exactly what will happen during the rest of the process, except to say you will have follow-ups, reviews and adjustments of your nutrition strategy, ongoing communication and our full attention to help you reach your goals for as long as you feel you need our support. The intention of the program is to help you develop your own independence surrounding you and your goals so you can move forward independently and confidently.
