Starting your Personal Training INTRO Package off the right way begins with yourHEALTH & FITNESS CONSULTATION. This will require approximately ONE hour of your time. Both you and we will have a clear understanding of your starting point, and clearly define your goals and challenges.
2 PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS/week for 2 weeks with a CERTIFIED Personal Trainer. 30 minute sessions with a trainer is more challenging than you think!
UNLIMITED CLASSES of your choice for two weeks including SPIN/yoga stretch, TA-SPIN-GA or BOOT CAMP You will love our classes and the fun community of people that attend them!
